Featuring attractive carriage style doors with transom windows which open 8ft. wide. Plenty of room for a full size car or a small tractor. Available in 16ft., 20ft. and 24ft. lengths the interior room is large enough to add shelving and workbenches. Additional space is provided by a loft with 4ft.-3in. headroom at center. The loft floor is 8ft. wide and runs the length of the building. During construction the homeowner chooses a location to open access to the loft area. General
Once you receive your new building begin by unpacking the pre-cut framing, doors and hardware. You will also receive a detailed manual with step by step instructions. Each step is explained with clear instructions and detailed line art and has been developed with the novice builder in mind.

All required hardware including door hinges, latch, nails, hurricane hangers, glue for gussets and detailed instruction manual. Shingles and roof edge provided by owner.

Siding
Primed 3/8" wood siding, with vertical grooves, creates an attractive plank look.
Smart Panel, manufactured by Lousiana-Pacific, creates the visual beauty of real wood with the strength and durability of an engineered product.
The siding is made from wood strands, pressed into a resin saturated substrate, superior to plywood. A cedar texture is embossed into the substrate, free from knot holes and patches. Other features include:
- Primed, ready for paint color of your choice. Latex acrylic paint recommended.
- Treated with Composibor (from U.S. Borax) prevents fungal decay and insect damage.
- Backed with a 50 year limited warranty.
Loft
The Geneva's unique truss design provides a 2nd floor loft for additional storage space. During construction you choose the size and location of access to the loft.

Single hung windows with screens & decorative raised panel shutters.
Optionally you may order additional windows to provide more light and venting.
Single hung aluminum 18" x 36" windows provide light and ventilation. Lockable frames are durable and easy to operate. Screens limit birds and insects. Decorative raised panel shutters are included.
Optionally you may order sunburst windows to provide more light and venting for the second floor loft area.
Single hung aluminum 18" x 24" windows with decorative sunburst top provide added appeal, light and ventalation. Lockable frames are durable and easy to operate. Screens limit birds and insects.
Floor
Choose an optional Sturdy-Built wood floor for your new garage kit. Easy to construct and designed specifically for your building.
The Sturdy-Build floor system comes standard with 3/4" plywood flooring and 2x4 treated floor joists spaced 12" o.c.. Floor is supported with 4x4 treated runners.
Nails are included. Material is not pre-cut. Floor sheathing is not treated. The floor package will be delivered, prior to your shed, by a local lumber supplier. They will call to make delivery arrangements. Someone will need to receive/sign for delivery.
Doors
The included doors open to a 8' Wide x 7' High opening.
An optional walk-in entry door gives better access:
- Pre-hung 9-lite walk-in door includes aluminum threshold and lockset
- Windowless pre-hung 6-panel steel walk-in door also includes threshold and lockset
